Demand and Testing Coordinator
Athens, Attiki, Greece
As part of a dynamic Business Analysis & Application Development Governance Team, your aim will be to manage the demand for software services, coordinating testing activities and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Your day-to-day:
- Evaluate and prioritize IT software project demand, based on business value, feasibility and resource availability
- Maintain the demand management process
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, business analysts and software teams to define solution requirements and scope for demand requests
- Conduct regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on demand status, timelines and resource allocation
- Monitor and report on KPIs, such as service fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Plan and oversee the testing activities, ensuring the creation of comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Coordinate with project managers, business analysts and development teams to define testing requirements and timelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT). Monitor and report on testing progress, defect status and overall product quality
- Continuously improve testing processes and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and implement testing strategies, methodologies and best practices to enhance the quality of software solutions
What we are looking for:
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science or relevant technology-related field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in demand management and/or testing coordination
- Solid knowledge of demand management and testing methodologies
- Familiarity with JIRA platform and its components (Confluence, Zephyr will be considered a plus)
- Critical and analytical thinking, problem solving abilities
- Advanced organizational and time-management skills
- Multi-tasking and ability to deliver high quality results with limited supervision
- Advanced communication skills both in Greek and English
