Facilities Management Specialist

Athens, Attiki, Greece

As member of a dynamic Facilities Management Team, you will contribute in  ensuring the provision, continuous availability and adequacy of the company’s facilities  as well as the efficient management of the company’s investment properties.

Your day-to-day:

• Financial monitor of company’s real estate (rentals, leases, lease renewals and expirations, repairs and maintenance, expenses, etc.)
• Manage company’s vehicle fleet (repairs and maintenance, insurance, expenses etc.)
• Manage telecommunication services (programs, new connections etc.)
• Performing operational tasks (expense management, equipment management, etc.)

What we are looking for:

• Solid academic background in a quantitative field
• Proven working experience in a similar position
• Experience in the research of real estate market, preparation of real estate utilization studies and assessments of the value of the real estate will be considered as a plus
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication and negotiation skills both in Greek and English
• Critical and analytical thinking and ability to achieve high quality results
• Organizational agility and ability to work effectively, independently and collaboratively  
• Ability to understand the needs of internal partners and respond with a positive attitude, courtesy and efficiency
