Mechanical/Electrical Engineer

Athens, Attiki, Greece

Your day-to-day:

• Operation, maintenance and management of the company’s technical facilities
• Building Security and Fire Safety
• Creation and review of technical studies, plans and specifications (or supervision of studies assigned to third parties) for modifications, arrangements and renovations of buildings and budget compilation
• Participation in the selection of contractors as well as the supervision, technical and financial control and coordination of the projects

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in electromechanical studies
• Experience in maintenance of large buildings, mechanical / electrical installations and elaboration of building electromechanical studies and specifications
• Advanced communication skills both in Greek and English
• Technical skills (Autocad, 4M software)
• Critical and analytical thinking, problem solving abilities
• Advanced organizational and time-management skills
• Multi-tasking and ability to deliver high quality results with limited supervision
