Project Manager
Athens, Attiki, Greece
As a part of a dynamic project management team, you will support the organization to implement its strategy, by setting up, planning and executing the company’s strategic projects in close collaboration with the involved units.
Your day-to-day:
- Develop and maintain an analytic project documentation, including a detailed project plan to track progress, issue and risk logs, status reports etc.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Coordinate activities and internal/ external resources for execution of projects
- Closely monitor the projects’ progress and cooperate with project team to identify and solve problems to ensure the timely and effective fulfilment of the project
- Follow the reporting and escalation mechanism to management when required
- Manage the relationship with the project team and all stakeholders
What we are looking for:
- Strong academic background in Business, Technical or applied sciences Studies
- 2-4 years of relevant working experience in project management
- Solid experience with implementing project management best practices in continuously changing conditions
- Analytical thinking, incisive perception, strategic view and decision making ability
- Team spirit, strong communication skills, ability to engage individuals and align outcomes effectively across levels
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and identify initiatives to support business outcomes
- Ability to organize, evaluate and interpret data and information in a logical and concise manner and effectively present them
- Understanding of different technologies and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Ms project etc)
- Advanced business writing and verbal skills both in Greek and English
- Project Management Professional Qualification and familiarity with insurance operations will be considered as assets
