Web Developer

As a part of a dynamic Information Technology team, you will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of the company’s Web Applications.

Your day-to-day:

• Liase with the Business Analysis Team and business users to design projects’ technical specifications
• Implement new functionalities and maintain company’s Web Applications
• Perform unit testing and integration testing
• Prepare deliverables for the roll out to the production environment
• Support users in order to effectively use the application and troubleshooting production issues

What we are looking for:

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Knowledge of programming using PHP
• Experience in using VCS tools like Git
• Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, javaScript, AJAX etc.
• Familiarization with web application frameworks (Zend, Symfony)
• Experience in designing UI templates using HTML/CSS, Bootstrap
• Knowledge of relational databases like mySql / Postgress
• Ability for continuous research and contact with contemporary technologies and IT operations in order to satisfy our internal and external customer’s needs
• Ability to communicate complex problems and provide solutions both in English and Greek
• Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills
